Hello and welcome! I’m Diane, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m passionate about baking fresh, delicious, homemade sourdough bread with simple, clean ingredients.
My classic sourdough loaf is made with just three ingredients—organic wheat flour, water, and salt—without additives or preservatives found in store-bought bread. Each loaf is naturally fermented for 48 hours with no commercial yeast, for better flavor, easier digestion, and more nutrients.
For a sweet treat, you’ve got to try my sourdough chocolate chip cookies (vegan version available!). They’re long-fermented for maximum flavor, crispy around the edges, soft and chewy in the center, and finished with a touch of sea salt.
I started baking sourdough to give my family a healthier bread option, and now I’m thrilled to share it with my community.
